Kathy Hester: Doing All the Things Without Losing Your Mind
Kathy is not only a prolific cookbook author, although she certainly is that. She runs not one, but two successful blogs, Healthy Slow Cooking – Easy meatless slow cooker recipes for everyone and Plant Based Instant Pot, teaches and sells online courses through Teachable, and writes ebooks. She also produces Facebook Live videos every Tuesday.
Before entering the wonderful world of blogging, Kathy was a technical trainer. She excels at breaking complex topics down into chunks that are easy to understand and implement.
To keep up with her multi-tasking life, Kathy has developed and perfected some systems that allow her to work smarter and not harder, and she’s going to help you master them!
Tracy Callahan: Turning Ideas Into Reality with Passion and Focus
Tracy makes things happen. Diagnosed with melanoma 4 times, she said Enough of feeling sorry for myself, and in 2015, she started the Polka Dot Mama Melanoma Foundation. Their 4th annual gala at the end of April, 2019, will invite 300 donors to enjoy an evening of amazing food music and fundraising and is expected to raise in excess of $150,000. She has also just written a grant proposal for over three quarters of a million dollars to set up an early detection outreach infrastructure.
You may not want to start a non profit, but Tracy will inspire you with her story and will teach you how to take an idea out of your heart, filter it through your brain, and turn it into reality!

Stacey is a successful food, product and event photographer. She is a creative, for sure, but she also has an analytical side she engages to streamline her workflow and maximize her time.
